When I went this summer, there were trail maps available in a mailbox on the outside of a small shed at the main trail head. There is a less detailed map on their website which you might want to print out, just in case. The trails are well marked with the standard color markings, and none are more than a couple of miles long. You won't go wrong with any of them.
