The Flood wall is accessible from the Pump House inside of the Park via steps. There are also two parking lots on SR104 as you enter Chillicothe near SR 35. We now also have a wonderful dog park behind Two Roasting Joes Coffee house and Bakery on 104. You can see the dog park from the path if you look for it.
