The Dodgers are about ready to start playing baseball again, so here's what to keep an eye on in spring training.

Kiké Hernández is still a free agent, but fans at DodgerFest this past weekend made their desire for the front office to re-sign him known. As GM Brandon Gomes was speaking, "Kiké! Kiké! Kiké!" chants rang out through the crowd (subscription required).

Kiké Hernández is starting to draw interest from other teams in free agency, but the Los Angeles Dodgers made it clear they would welcome the veteran utility man back with open arms.

Hernandez was solid for the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 2024 postseason, notably his performance against the Yankees in the World Series, where he slashed .278/.316/.389 in 20 plate appearances. That gave New York an idea of what Hernandez could do as a utility player in pinstripes, according to Mark W. Sanchez of The New York Post.
