Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones was in attendance for the 2025 NFL Honors on Thursday night, and while strolling the red carpet, he gave a very honest answer when asked about Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels. "I get sick when I think [about how] the Cowboys have gotta play him twice a year for the rest of his career," Jones said.

Jerry Jones says he decided to hire Brian Schottenheimer as Dallas’ coach and sign quarterback Dak Prescott to a $240 million, four-year contract because the Cowboys are in a win-now mode and should be competing for Super Bowls.

Jayden Daniels has a fan in Jerry Jones, even if the Cowboys owner/general manager isn't a fan of his team facing Daniels twice a year for the foreseeable future.  Jones was asked about the Commanders rookie quarterback ahead of Thursday's NFL Honors from New Orleans.

Jerry Jones has already had enough of one opponent who the Dallas Cowboys are going to be facing for the foreseeable future.
