“This collectible Forever stamp honors beloved American actress and comedienne Betty White (1922-2021), whose impish smile is depicted on the stamp and lit up performances in a career that spanned more than 60 years,” the USPS announcement read.

The U.S. Postal Service will honor the legendary Betty White with a new stamp commemorating the late actress and comedian's "warmth, wit and charisma," according to a Thursday press release.

The USPS “commemorate the warmth, wit and charisma of Betty White by honoring the late actress and comedienne with a new stamp bearing her likeness."

White died on Dec. 31, 2021, at her home in Brentwood at age 99 following an entertainment career that spanned more than six decades.

The USPS will release a Betty White Forever stamp featuring a digital portrait of the beloved star, available in panes of 20 on March 27.
