Wales have named their team to face Italy in round two of the Six Nations. Taulupe Faletau starts the game, and will represent Wales for the first time since the World Cup in 2023. Scarlets centre Eddie James is handed his first ever start in the red jersey, and will partner up with Nick Tompkins in the midfield.

Jac Morgan captained Wales in the U20 Six Nations in 2020, achieving more turnovers than any other player in the tournament before it got halted due to the COVID pandemic. He made his senior Wales debut in 2022 and has made 17 appearances, and will captain Wales for the 2025 Six Nations tournament.

Wales have made two changes to their starting line-up for the Six Nations clash against Italy, with Taulupe Faletau and Eddie James both coming into the side.
