A Raleigh woman, Jill Rohner, gave her first public account after her ex-husband, Antonio Rodrigues, fatally shot her partner, John Rowe, and then died in a shootout with police.

CBS affiliate WNCN reported that the deceased suspect Antonio Rodrigues, 70, is accused of shooting two people, including the officer. The victim who died from their injuries was John Rowe, 73, police said. The name of the officer has not been released, WNCN reported.
