British automaker Jaguar Land Rover said Tuesday it plans to spend $180 million over the next 10 years on its tech hub in Northwest Portland, developing new ways for its vehicles to use online technology. JLR opened its Portland site in 2014, initially collaborating with Intel on ways to use technology in cars.
